If you use the Invoice (or Timesheet) facility, you need to set up the data specific to your business which will be printed as part of the Invoice (Timesheet).

This data needs to be entered only once, as it is preserved and re-used until changed.

If a data item is not required, the field should be cleared to blank.

The Invoice and Timesheet Numbers are the starting numbers from which all the subsequent invoices (timesheets) will be numbered.

The "Cancel" button does not record the entries, the "Accept" button does.
