TheTimePro More Screen

This is the standard iPhone "More" view. It allows to add more views than can be fitted in the 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen.

The additional views here are: "Send", "Invoice", "Invoice Setup", "Correct", "Reset", and "Help". These views are accessed by tapping their cells.

The "Edit" button at the top is also part of the standard iPhone "more" view. It allows to re-arrange the order of the tabs.
