Once you have deleted, added or made any changes to an event, the "New" and "Delete" buttons disappear and "Restore" and "Save" buttons appear at the top of the iPhone screen.

If, havig made any changes, you decide that you do not need them, tap the "Restore" button, and all the changes revert to what they were before you started editing.

If you want to keep the changes, you need to tap the "Save" button, and the changes will become permanent. If you move away from the Editor View to another view, or exit FullMoon without having saved your changes, the changes will be lost.
