The shape contour shows the overall external proportions of the body shape, based on the width at waist and height. The optimal ratio of width at waist to height is based on the Human Body proportions as used in Architecture (1/5). The green shape falls with the 5 percent envelope around this optimal ratio.

Use:

1. If needed, change the units of measurement, using the Units Selection Toggle Switch.
2. Select your body height by sliding the Top Slider.
3. Select your body width at the waist by sliding the Bottom Slider.
4. The Body Shape will show the outline of your body.
5. The colors are: Green: within healthy limits, Red: too wide, Blue: too narrow.
